DAY 1: HANOI – ARRIVAL

Welcome you at Noi Bai International Airport of Ha Noi capital. On the way to the downtown, you will see the views of farmers working in the rice fields and authentic villages in the suburb of Hanoi. Relax at your comfortable hotel. Go round the animated Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake on a cyclo like a Lord to view the most exciting part of Hanoi. See Vietnam famous traditional art : Water Puppet Show in the evening. Night in Ha Noi.

DAY 2:  HANOI CITY TOUR – HALONG

Visit the peaceful capital decorated by tree lines along streets. Joint the stream of people to visit the Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh and his wooden house in a respect manner towards the greatest leader of the country. Turn back to our age of students by paying a visit to Temple of Literature – The first university in Vietnam.
Drive to Halong Bay. Enjoy the landscape along the way with rice fields and orchards of the Northeast Vietnam. Check- in hotel and relax at Baichay beach. Dinner and night in Halong.

DAY 3: HA LONG BAY - HANOI

Welcome sunrise and get on a boat to cruise on immense Halong Bay to enjoy charming islands with extraordinary shapes of animals, and visit Thien Cung natural cave of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites – Perhaps the most beautiful one within hundred caves in the bay. Stop to see a fishing floating house to bargain some fresh shrimps, crabs and fishes. Lunch on the boat with fresh seafood. On the way transfer back to Hanoi, we see a handicraft enterprise producing the souvenir articles by handicapped peoples at Hai Duong town. Night in Hanoi.

DAY 4: HANOI - HUE

Free morning for shopping. Transfer to Noi Bai airport for flying to Hue by VN 245 at 10:10 -11:45. On arrival to Hue we start to visit the Old Capital, one of heritage of the world by taking a boat trip on Perfume River to visit handicraft village making conical hat and bronze casting. Visit Thien Mu Pagoda considered as Royal Pagoda of the Nguyen Dynasty then continueby boat to visit Minh Mang Mausoleum. Dinner and night in Hue City.

DAY 5: VISIT HUE - THE OLD CAPITAL

We visit a typical garden-house in Hue (Hue has another name as “city of garden”). Then discover Imperial Citadel of Nguyen Dynasty, Dong Ba Market, Tu Hieu Pagoda, Mausoleums of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh King. Overnight in Hue.

DAY 6: HUE – DANANG – HOI AN

Drive to Hoi An via  imposing Hai Van mountain pass, a part of Truong Son mountain range running down to the sea to cut in the high way. Stopover at Marble mountain, Non Nuoc beach in Danang city. Visit Cham Museum -  the biggest collection on the history and culture of the Cham Pa Kingdom which ended at the 16th century. Transfer to Hoian. Visit Hoi An ancient Town- another World’s Heritage of a forgotten seaport from 17 th century which is well reserved until now. We visit a Chinese temple, Japanese bridge and an ancient house of mixing style from Vietnam, China and Japan. You can buy some small ancient ceramic gifts as souvenir here with surprising price . Night in Hoi An .

DAY 7 : DANANG – NHA TRANG

Transfer to Danang aiport for flying to Nha Trang beach city by VN 335 at 09:40 - 10:45. Boat trip on Nha Trang blue sea to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium and a fishing village. Bathing or snorkeling at Hon Tam island. Watch the spectacular immense sea dotted here and there with big and small islands. Visit Long Son Pagoda. Dinner and night in Nha Trang.

DAY 8: NHA TRANG – DA LAT

AM: Relax or bathing at Nha Trang Beach. Lunch. Drive to Dalat (250km) – a city of flower in the highland. On the way stop to visit Poklong Krai Cham Tower- the worshiping place of the Cham people in Phan Rang province and  and visit Da Nhim Hydro-electric Power Plant. We go up the mountain by driving through meandering spectacular Ngoan Muc mountain pass. Enjoy the fresh air that is cool all year round in this mountain city. Night in Dalat.

DAY 9: DALAT CITY

Full day visit Dalat misty city. Visit to Valley of Love, Dalat Flower Garden, King Bao Dai’s Palace and Dalat market. Visit Truc Lam Meditation Pagoda, Tuyen Lam Lake. Boat trip on Tuyen Lam Lake. ( Optional : elephant riding up and down the hills or along the lake . Evening: Enjoy Cong- Chieng music festival of the minority people ) . Night in Dalat.

DAY 10: DALAT – HOCHIMINH CITY

Visit Dalat Market. Then drive to Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC). On the way we see Dambri imposing waterfall- one of the highest water fall in the highland. ). Arrive HCMC. We go around the city center to view some typical buildings with French constructive style : North Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, City Hall. Dinner on a floating restaurant which cruises along Sai Gon river. Night in HCMC.

DAY 11: HCMC- CUCHI TUNNEL

We visit the most typical places in the city : Reunification ( or called Independent ) Palace, War Museum, China town, Thien Hau Temple. Visit Tay Son Lacquerware enterprise to see the artists producing their masterpieces. In the afternoon, drive to visit unbelievable Cu Chi Underground tunnel - The most famous battle field in Viet Nam war. Night in HCMC.

DAY 12: MEKONG DELTA

Drive to My Tho town of Tien Giang province, one of 12 fertile provinces of Me Kong river delta. Boat trip on the great Mekong River to visit farmers’ houses and gardens on an well-off river islet. Enjoy fruits served by local people while listening to Tai Tu music – traditional music of the Mekong people. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda. Drive back and night in HCMC.

DAY 13: HCMC- DEPARTURE

Shopping. Transfer to Tan Son Nhat International airport for departure.

* The prices are based on twin-sharing room, any person who wants to stay in single room must pay

* In Vietnam now, it is difficult to book rooms at 4 star and 5 star hotel in the big cities in the peak-season period of tourism ( from October to February next year). So if we do not book rooms long time in advance- around 6 months in advance, hotels often request an extra charge from the normal price ( contracted price) before confirm our room- booking.
